Primrose School of New Providence is growing, and were looking for passionate early childhood educators to grow with us! As we continue to expand our enrollment and classrooms, we are currently hiring for both a Lead Preschool Teacher and a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Position: Lead Preschool and Pre-K Teacher

Location: 165 South Street, New Providence, NJ

Pay Range: $18-$21 per hour, based on education and experience

As a Lead Teacher, youll create a nurturing and engaging classroom where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Youll work alongside a supportive leadership team and utilize Primroses exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum to provide exceptional educational experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for educating and nurturing young children
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• CDA, Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Early Childhood coursework preferred

Salary: $18-$21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No Nights or Weekends)

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
