We are seeking an experienced and energetic Lead Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, social/emotional, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: 
  • Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
  • Follow a daily and weekly schedule
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities
  • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
  • Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
  • Strong understanding of child development and approved by Licensing to be a Lead Teacher.
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • First aid/CPR certified
