Are you passionate about helping toddlers learn, grow, and thrive? We are looking for an experienced, nurturing, and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Position: Lead Toddler Teacher Age Group: 12–18 Months Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood classroom OR
Several years of hands-on experience working with children 12–18 months of age
Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate learning activities
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and loving learning environment
Dependable, professional, and a positive team player
Must meet all state licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain them)
Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support learning through play
Foster a warm, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment
Maintain daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Observe and document children's developmental progress
Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with licensing standards
