Are you passionate about helping toddlers learn, grow, and thrive? We are looking for an experienced, nurturing, and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.


Position: Lead Toddler Teacher
Age Group: 12–18 Months
Employment Type: Full-Time


Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood classroom OR

  • Several years of hands-on experience working with children 12–18 months of age

  • Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate learning activities

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Ability to create a safe, engaging, and loving learning environment

  • Dependable, professional, and a positive team player

  • Must meet all state licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain them)

Responsibilities


  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support learning through play

  • Foster a warm, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment

  • Maintain daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

  • Observe and document children's developmental progress

  • Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with licensing standards
