Daycare Teacher Assistant - Bilinqual

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Bilinqual Daycare Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.  This posistion starts at $12.00 per hour with room for growth.
 

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and lead age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Help supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, rest periods, and transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Support children’s social and emotional growth through positive guidance and encouragement.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest time as needed.
• Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, coworkers, and leadership.
• Follow all childcare licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and center policies.
