About the Role:
Chippewa Noahs Ark is hiring full time positions to work with our Pre School children. This is a position that requires working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children throughout the day
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space
- Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about child development
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Dedicated Educators
Our classes are taught by dedicated and experienced educators. All teachers maintain a CDA, Associates or Bachelors degree in EC Education and use the PA Learning Standards and teaching strategies. They make sure that every student finds a path to success.
Preschool
We embrace a learning environment that will prepare the children for the future. Our classes incorporate traditional learning styles as well as hands-on experiences. We offer 3,4,and 5 year old Preschool. We also transition with local Kindergarten classes.
