Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you! Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Ability to create and implement your individual lesson plans
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
- Head Teacher Certification or CDA

Babies 2 Buddies was created in the hearts and minds of owners whose lives were impacted by the lack of caring, reliable, and affordable daycare. Initially they operated home daycares then realizing there was such a need decided to bring the home style daycare into the center environment. Collectively they have over 20 years’ experience in daycare.
