Daycare Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Meridian, ID

Pay: $16-$18 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Meridian is hiring a caring and dependable Daycare Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. If you enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a positive, supportive school environment, wed love to meet you.

Our teachers help children learn through play, exploration, structured routines, and meaningful interactions while creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

What Youll Do

• Provide attentive care and supervision for young children

• Lead fun, age-appropriate learning and play activities

• Support childrens language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development

• Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and transitions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

• Build positive relationships with children and families

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership

• Follow Idaho childcare licensing and health and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred

• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus

• Caring, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team

• Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements
