Little Masters Development Center is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Daycare Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you will help foster children's intellectual, social-emotional, and physical development through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, creative, and passionate about supporting young children as they learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate games, lessons, and activities.
  • Create and maintain daily and weekly classroom schedules.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with children's daily care and supervision.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's developmental progress and milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, activities, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or higher) required.
  • Previous experience as a daycare teacher, preschool teacher, or childcare provider.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
  • Patient, caring, dependable, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
