Little Masters Development Center is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Daycare Teacher to join our growing team.
In this role, you will help foster children's intellectual, social-emotional, and physical development through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, creative, and passionate about supporting young children as they learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate games, lessons, and activities.
- Create and maintain daily and weekly classroom schedules.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with children's daily care and supervision.
- Monitor and evaluate children's developmental progress and milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, activities, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or higher) required.
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher, preschool teacher, or childcare provider.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
- Patient, caring, dependable, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
