Responsibilities:
-Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities
-Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
-Supervise children during play, learning, meals, and rest times
-Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
-Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
-Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff
-Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 19 years old
-Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience required
-Knowledge of early childhood development
-CPR and First Aid certification preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework is a plus
