What You'll Do
- Follow lesson plans and activities provided by regular staff to ensure a consistent learning experience
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all children
- Manage groups effectively to encourage participation and positive behavior
- Maintain a high level of care and attention to children's needs throughout the day
Requirements
- Complete a fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing this step)
- Complete required training provided by Penmac
- Ability to work effectively with children and staff
- Dependable, patient, and professional attitude
