Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Dayforce HRIS Consultant / Dayforce Implementation Consultant for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle implementation of Dayforce HRIS/Payroll systems at client sites — from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
Configure and advise on Payroll Management, Human Resources, Talent Management, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules.
Manage HR system infrastructure, integrations, and data migration to ensure a robust, scalable Dayforce environment.
Drive process improvements and HR automation initiatives to streamline client HR/Payroll operations.
Partner with client HR teams and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
Support shared services design and transition where applicable.
Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
Design and deliver training and development programs for end users and client teams.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, in-scope implementation.
Contribute to strategic HRIS roadmap planning and long-term client system optimization.
