Daylight Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Daylight Production Associate to join their team. As a Daylight Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the lamination process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Daylight Production Associate

Location: Harmony, PA

Pay Range: $19-20/hr

Shift: 7AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Support the lamination machine operator in preparing and loading materials for production.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and monitoring during production runs.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, or irregularities, and report issues promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to safety standards.
• Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of lamination machinery to ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
