Machine Operators are responsible for safely operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment used in the production of high-quality fasteners and suspension components.
This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This company is a leading manufacturer of large-diameter U-bolts and specialty fasteners serving the heavy-duty truck and trailer suspension industry.
Shift and Compensation
- First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $18.00hr.
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Set up machines and adjust controls as needed for production runs
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Background Profile
- 2 years of machine op experience
- Basic mechanical skills and mechanical aptitude required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
