Type: Full time, Temp to Hire
Salary Range: $25.00-$28.00/hr. DOE (+$3.50 differential overnights)
Schedule: 1st or 3rd Shift Available
Location: West Fargo, ND

Position Overview:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal components
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders
Fabricate and fit parts to meet specifications
Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
At least one year of welding experience (MIG and/or TIG preferred)
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
