Responsibilities

Loading Duties

• Hand-load cartons from conveyor belts into trailers
• Scan packages using handheld RF scanners
• Move cages between staging and loading areas
• Safely and efficiently load trailers to maximize space and accuracy

Unloading Duties

• Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor systems
• Scan packages throughout the unloading process
• Sort and organize cartons into designated cages and staging locations

This position requires continuous physical activity and is ideal for individuals who thrive in an active warehouse setting.

Compensation

Performance-Based Earnings

• Earn up to $250 per day
• Average earnings range from $16 to $25+ per hour
• Compensation is based on the number of cases loaded and unloaded
• Higher productivity leads to greater earning potential

Schedule

First Shift

• Sunday through Wednesday
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shifts may end earlier depending on workload
• Overtime opportunities available as business needs require

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 5-50 pounds
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
