ACCOUNTABLE TO: Bar Manager, Management
KNOWLEDGE:
You will be expected to learn the following during the training process:
- Understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team
- Working knowledge and preparation of all Bar recipes.
- Thoroughly understand and operate all equipment needed for preparing recipes.
- Proper sorting of stock from Liquor Shipments
- Serve Safe
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Specified preparation of Syrups, Juices, Batches, which includes quality as well as timeliness.
- Recipe preparation and execution.
- Rotation of all stock and proper labeling of product.
- Transportation of products between bar and off sight office (same parking lot, golf cart provided for use)
- Side work - as assigned by management (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties)
- Clean-up duties - Bar Area, kitchen prep area, fridges, floors, keg room.
- Consistently work in a clean/organized and efficient manner.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
- Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
- Upbeat and energetic attitude
- Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, Health Department and all safety regulations.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently.
- Can stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift.
