Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication schedules and maintain accurate records
- Encourage and participate in clients' favorite activities and hobbies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
