As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A, delivering exceptional service and hospitality while ensuring our guests enjoy the highest quality food. You'll also work closely with an independent Owner/Operator who is dedicated to your success and professional growth.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Always closed on Sundays

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required-we'll train you!
