AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This daytime inpatient role offers a collaborative environment, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a high-functioning hospital setting.

Position Highlights

• 7-on / 7-off day schedule  
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM  
• Inpatient role focused on admissions, rounding, and floor support  
• Open ICU with intensivist coverage  
• Balanced patient load and highly collaborative team culture  
• Shift-swapping available for added flexibility  
• Supportive onboarding and strong clinical leadership  
• Open to experienced APPs and new graduates

About the Role

What We’re Looking For

• PA-C or APRN with an interest in hospital medicine  
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, as applicable  
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills  
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality inpatient care  
• Eligible for Florida licensure
