At Brite Spot Cleaning, we’ve built a strong reputation in Sumner County by taking care of both our clients and our team. We’re currently looking to add 1–2 dependable team members as we continue to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent income, a positive work environment, and a schedule that allows for work-life balance.
What We Offer:
- $750+/week with opportunity to earn more based on performance and schedule
- Daytime hours (typically 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No nights or weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning residential homes as part of a team
- Following structured systems to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Helping create a positive experience for our clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable with physical work (on your feet, bending, lifting throughout the day)
- Dependable and consistent
Important:
This is a W-2 employee position, not independent/1099 work.
During scheduled hours, team members focus on company clients.
Most team members earn between $700–$950/week depending on schedule and performance, with opportunity to grow from there.
