Daytime or Live-in Caregiver

Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors, which means you’re in control: you choose your assignments, set a schedule that fits your life, and earn competitive market rates for the work you do. With Griswold Care Pairing for Chester and Lancaster Counties, seniors get to live in the home they love while receiving the assistance they need, and our office is dedicated to matching them with caregivers who bring a heart of gold and a genuine passion for helping others. • Negotiate your own pay based on the level of care you provide and your experience! Our suggested rate based on market research is $180.00 per day as a live-in caregiver and $18.00 per hour as an hourly caregiver.

We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to):

Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!

Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!

Caregiver Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience with caregiving
• A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is preferred but not required! Some clients will need transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, etc.
• Car insurance (if you have a car and license)
• Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
• TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
