Morning Part-Time Cashier – HomeSense

Holiday Hiring

HomeSense is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashiers to join our team for the holiday season!

As a cashier, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by welcoming customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service at the register and throughout the store
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately and responsibly
• Promote HomeSense credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area
• Assist with merchandise recovery and maintaining the sales floor when needed
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and loss-prevention standards
• Work cooperatively with fellow associates and management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong morning/daytime availability
• Open availability Monday through Sunday is required
• Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred, but not required
• 18+ preferred

Schedule & Holiday Availability

Part-Time | Morning Cashier

Normal Hours:
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Mid-November through Christmas:
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Applicants must be comfortable with early morning and daytime hours. Holiday and weekend availability is strongly preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of USD $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
