Job Title - DB2 UDB (Universal Database) Developer
Experience - 8+ years
Location - Alpharetta, GA
Hire Type - Fulltime (Onsite)
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM DB2 UDB/LUW.
- Excellent SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, window functions, and correlated queries.
- Expertise in Stored Procedures, UDFs, Triggers, Packages, and SQL scripting.
- Strong knowledge of DB2 performance tuning, indexing, explain plans, bind/rebind, and statistics.
- Experience with database design, normalization, denormalization, and ER modeling.
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, or SSIS.
- Experience with backup/restore, HA, DR, and data migration.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with JDBC/ODBC, WebSphere/JBoss, Liquibase/Flyway, and cloud DB2 is preferred.
