Responsabilidades laborales

Comprender e implementar el proceso de ventas del concesionario. 
Sea dueño de todos los aspectos del proceso de ventas (desde la prospección de nuevos clientes hasta la entrega del vehículo) 
Presentar y demostrar el inventario. 
Revise, actualice y administre los informes de inventario diarios 
Crear y ejecutar estrategias para aumentar la cuota de mercado 
Preparar y revisar planes mensuales con el liderazgo de ventas 
Mantener el índice de servicio al cliente, el promedio bruto y las unidades mensuales según los estándares del concesionario 
Manténgase actualizado sobre los productos, las tendencias del mercado y la certificación 
Debe estar familiarizado con el software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM)

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS but not required.
