    Description

    Ohel is seeking an experienced DBT Therapist with intensive DBT training and 3+ years’ experience treating high-acuity clients, especially youth and young adults, in an outpatient Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (MHOTRS) setting.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide individual and group DBT with fidelity to the model
    • Deliver trauma-informed care to complex presentations
    • Complete comprehensive assessments and high-quality clinical documentation
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
    • Participate in supervision, training and program improvement

    Qualifications:
    • Valid license or limited permit (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, Psychologist)
    • Intensive DBT training; 3+ years with high-acuity cases
    • Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings
    • CAMS training a plus

    The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. This full time position is based in Brooklyn and is a hybrid role including both in-person and virtual service delivery. Availability required for weekdays, and at least some evenings and Sunday.

    Salary $100,000- $110,000
