Benefits
Beyond a competitive salary, we compensate our DBT Providers with a comprehensive benefits package: 

Starting Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 annually for unlicensed therapists; $70,000 - $85,000 annually for licensed therapists. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
