DC ENGINEERING - Warehouse Maintenance Manager (Newnan)

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and execute schedules for material handling equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes.
• Vendor Management: Manage external contractors for repairs and maintain inventory of spare parts.
• Budgeting: Develop and adhere to maintenance budgets. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in facility maintenance, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial equipment (conveyors, forklifts, rack systems).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High school diploma required; Technical degree or bachelor's in engineering preferred.
• Safety Focus: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out.

Typical Working Environment
This role often requires working on the warehouse floor, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
