Seeking a warehouse associate to perform outbound functions like loading, picking, and packing orders with a pay range of $22.15 - $26.15 per hour, plus potential premiums based on schedule, location, or work performed.
Key duties include locating and pulling merchandise accurately, labeling totes, ensuring safety and accuracy, operating RF units and equipment, and loading trucks efficiently. Experienced team members may serve as trainers, responsible for onboarding and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications include strong communication, quick number and letter recognition, and math skills. Preferred qualifications are a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and bilingual skills (Spanish highly desired).
