Our team seeks a Distribution Center Staffing Coordinator to help us by recruiting, managing onboarding, and engaging with external talent for the Distribution Center. With your help, we will recruit and onboard non-exempt staff to support the operational duties of the Distribution Center. 

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

How you will be successful: 

  • This position partners with Talent Acquisition and DC Management to identify the most effective sourcing strategies for the distribution center's changing business needs. This includes job requisition and posting details and creation, recruiting system management, managing hiring events, reviewing applicants, and scheduling interviews, extending offers, etc. 
  • This position will coordinate with the DC Sr. Admin and support them with recruiting and onboarding administrative tasks, including scheduling, onboarding, and start dates. 
  • Proactively updates DC Management on the status of recruiting activity.  
  • Partners with other HR disciplines to resolve high-volume recruiting challenges.  
  • Screens and interviews candidates to assess skills. 
  • Builds proven relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience. 
  • Manages the applicant tracking system and communicates updates to hiring managers. 
  • Evolves hiring event process to create best practices and ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Maintains depart bulletin board, forms, and office supplies; places orders to replenish supplies. 
  • Supports Sr. Admin and performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • Consistent communication skills across various platforms (verbal, written, Email/Teams, presentation, external). 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle many priorities with a sense of urgency and a high degree of accuracy.

Your qualities:  

  • Experience recruiting (non-exempt roles) in a high-volume environment. 
  • 3 – 5 years of administrative experience. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
