Account Executive Internship
We are looking for an intern in our Washington, DC office who will assist our account management team in the day-to-day activities of servicing our accounts, including helping manage projects, assisting in development of deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the lead project manager, account executive, and account coordinator with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation, as needed.
- Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Assist in daily project management activities for several of our key clients.
- Contribute to the account management process across agency departments including research, strategy, and creative.
- Support internal Sensis marketing efforts like social media, email newsletters, and events.
- Assist in administrative efforts to support the DC office.
Qualifications
- Junior, Senior, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Impeccable organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- High degree of flexibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
