DC3 Program Manager

Responsibilities: for the DC3 Program Manager include: • Lead and manage all program activities supporting IT and cybersecurity operations • Oversee a workforce of 100+ technical professionals across multiple functional areas • Drive program execution, performance, and delivery of mission-critical objectives • Coordinate with senior government stakeholders and technical leadership teams • Monitor budgets, contract performance, staffing, and resource allocation • Track requirements, risks, milestones, and operational metrics • Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across supported programs Qualifications: for the DC3 Program Manager include: • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex programs in high-tempo environments • 5+ years of experience leading teams of 100+ personnel • 5+ years of experience with workforce planning and resource management • 5+ years of experience monitoring program finances and contract performance Compensation: Compensation for the DC3 Program Manager includes: • Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 • Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement #LI-AK #LI-ONSITE #LI-AK1 #LI-ONSITE
