Description

  • Manage DCAS capital projects from planning through construction and close‑out
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies
  • Oversee design development, construction administration, and field activities
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure compliance with DCAS, NYC, and regulatory requirements and procedures
  • Review contracts, procurement documents, invoices, and project documentation
  • Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
  • Drive accountability, quality, and timely delivery across all project phases
