ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as deli products, to casino customers.
Enter orders into the POS terminal, collect money for products sold, and make change as necessary.
Works with other team members to keep all areas cleaned and stocked at all times.
Work in assigned area (s) under the direct supervision of the Lounge Manager and/or Associate Manager.
Ensures that all guests consuming alcoholic beverages are of the legal drinking age (21).
Communicate concisely with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
Arrange products to maintain an attractive display according to departmental guidelines.
Work as wait staff when needed.
Maintains and account for all transactions conducted on his/her shift.
Be informed of and communicate any casino-wide promotions.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job; must be dependable.
Complies with other duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager, and/or Associate Manager.
