  • Review and approve maintenance procedures, safety processes, and operational documentation.

  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with OSHA requirements, company policy, and operational standards.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor work, and infrastructure projects with internal stakeholders.

  • Respond to operational issues and support after-hours or emergency escalation activities when needed.

  • Use CMMS and asset management systems to track maintenance work, system health, and operational metrics.

  • Develop operational reports that identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support process improvement efforts and participate in department planning initiatives.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and support a consistent client experience.

  • Assist with budget planning and operational resource decisions for assigned facilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable leader who follows through on commitments and supports team accountability.

  • Strong operational judgment in high-impact and time-sensitive environments.

  • Ability to stay organized and make decisions during changing priorities or operational events.

  • Supportive teammate who works across departments to solve problems and improve outcomes.

  • Focus on safety, consistency, and operational quality.

  • Comfortable leading teams in a 24/7 operational environment.

  • Committed to continuous improvement and process discipline.

  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality when handling operational or client matters.
