Pay Rate: $30/hr estimated pay rate based on max bill rate
Schedule: Multiple shifts available; candidates must be open to all 7 shift options
Duration: 6-month contract
Start Date: 6/26/2026
Worksite: 100% onsite
Per Diem: $600/week for eligible candidates

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Aircraft Painters to support aircraft painting, sealing, surface preparation, and finishing operations in a production environment. Candidates must be comfortable working around sealants, solvents, noise, elevated platforms, and using required PPE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting, sealing, and finishing
• Apply paint, coatings, sealants, and related materials
• Work safely at heights while using fall protection equipment
• Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials properly
• Follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Attend and successfully complete required training and certifications

Requirements

• Aircraft painting, industrial painting, automotive painting, or aerospace finishing experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain Fall Protection Certification
• Must be able to complete 4–4.5 weeks of training
• Must be willing to work any assigned shift
• Must be able to lift, bend, twist, crawl, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for long periods, and work on elevated platforms
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• U.S. person required for export compliance

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday night–Friday
• A Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• B Shift: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday
• C Shift: 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday–Sunday
• D Shift: 5:00 PM–5:30 AM, Friday–Sunday
