Job Summary: The Maryland DDA Services Marketer is responsible for promoting the agency’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) services, building relationships with support coordinators, families, and community organizations, and increasing referrals for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to represent the agency professionally and ensure growth in line with state regulations and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of the agency’s DDA services across Maryland.
Establish and maintain relationships with DDA support coordinators, case managers, residential providers, and other referral sources.
Attend DDA-related meetings, community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunities to promote services.
Educate families, guardians, and individuals with developmental disabilities about available programs and supports.
Track and follow up on all referrals, inquiries, and marketing leads.
Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral pipelines.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth intake and onboarding of new clients.
Stay up to date with Maryland DDA regulations, service models, and provider requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly referral and enrollment targets set by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Human Services, Business, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, outreach, or business development (preferably in healthcare, home care, or developmental disability services).
Knowledge of Maryland DDA programs and regulations strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
