What You’ll Do


Sales & Solution Development


  • Lead sales efforts for DDC and building automation solutions.
  • Develop engineered scopes, takeoffs, budgets, and proposals.
  • Conduct site walks, discovery meetings, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations for accurate design and pricing.

Vertical Market Development


Drive growth across multiple markets, including:

What You Bring


  • 3–7+ years in DDC controls, automation, HVAC, geothermal, or mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, BACnet architecture, geothermal, VRF, and energy systems.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong budgeting, organization, and project management skills.
