Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn. We are looking for an experienced Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to provide 1:11 (group) instruction to students in Burbank, CA!

Here are the details:

  • In-Person instruction on-campus
  • Students: Grades 9-12 (mild-moderate cases)
  • Case Management/IEP Support experience are highly preferred
  • Teach up to 40 hours per week
  • Earn from $65-100 per hour!

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to/from Burbank, CA REQUIRED
  • DHH Certified REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous tutoring/teaching experience highly preferred
  • Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
  • Comfortable working in a classroom setting
  • Might be asked to clear FBI-DOJ background check that is taken in-person
  • Negative TB Test Result
