Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships.
Deal Advisory Mentors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing strategic, high-touch guidance on transactions, deal structuring, and growth opportunities, while benefiting from both earning potential and enhanced credibility across the network.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Advisory Mentors to provide transaction-level and strategic guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.
This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment. Mentors operate through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Mentors:

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening execution capability and deal expertise
Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of executing, structuring, and closing private market transactions.

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on transaction modeling, diligence, and execution best practices
Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance
