Job Summary:This role is responsible for shaping profitable and compliant transactions to meet internal customer needs and maximize company revenue. You will manage a key part of the deal approval process, ensuring transactions align with both company policies and customer requirements. By collaborating with sales teams and various internal departments, you will expedite deal closures and maintain a high standard of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure sales transactions to meet business needs and compliance.
- Manage the daily deal approval workflow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to articulate deal value.
- Ensure contracts adhere to revenue recognition policies.
- Recommend process improvements for deal operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with financial deal structuring and analysis.
- Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting.
- Ability to build strong internal stakeholder relationships. Experience in software and subscription-based business models is preferred.
