A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Deal Execution Analyst to support clients in M&A transactions, capital raises, restructuring, and other strategic corporate deals. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience with transaction execution, detailed financial analysis, and structured professional development in corporate finance.
Support deal execution activities across M&A, divestitures, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
Conduct industry research, company benchmarking, and valuation analyses to guide client decision-making
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction coordination
Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common financial research tools
