Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Deal Execution Mentors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing hands-on guidance, mentorship, and deal support while earning fees and building verified credibility across the network.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Execution Mentors to guide analysts, deal scouts, and sponsors through deal execution, diligence, and transaction strategy.
This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment. Mentors are activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Mentors will:
Support sponsors and analysts in deal execution, structuring, and negotiation
Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction workflow
Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the ecosystem
This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of executing transactions and leading deals to close.
Approved Deal Execution Mentors may:
Guide analysts and scouts on financial modeling, diligence, and deal structuring
Advise sponsors on transaction execution strategy and negotiation approach
Mentor teams on best practices for closing deals efficiently and compliantly
Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance
Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Note: Mentors focus on deal execution guidance and transaction mentoring, not on unsolicited public investment advice.
Transaction execution and structuring support
Diligence oversight and negotiation strategy
Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts
Portfolio company operations and value creation guidance
Investor relations and capital introduction support
Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to execute or guide live transactions.
Independent contractor engagement
Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
Transaction-based incentives may be earned for mentorship on closed deals
Payments issued after completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions
Submit a Mentor application with background, track record, and deal history
Complete verification and category approval
Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin mentoring analysts, scouts, and sponsors on approved deals
This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real deal opportunities.
Deal Execution Mentors do not:
Provide investment advice to the public
Solicit securities
Market investments outside approved channels
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work focuses on strategic execution guidance, mentorship, and deal support, fully compliant with applicable securities laws.
Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund executives with a proven transaction record
Experienced operators or founders with strong deal execution experience
Senior advisors capable of mentoring and elevating analysts and scouts
Professionals seeking high-touch, deal-focused advisory roles
Direct access to fund managers, investors, and live deal flow
