Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and execution involvement

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional-grade frameworks, and curated relationships.

Deal Execution Mentors are a core pillar of the ecosystem—experienced transaction professionals who guide sponsors and analysts through real-world deal execution while strengthening platform-wide standards, credibility, and outcomes.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Execution Mentors to support live transactions across private capital—fund formation, capital raises, acquisitions, and structured investments.

This is not a traditional employment role. Mentors operate as independent contractors, activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Execution Mentors:

  • Guide deal teams through real transaction execution, from structure to close

  • Mentor analysts and deal scouts on execution standards, diligence, and judgment

  • Support sponsors and fund managers with execution strategy and oversight

  • Build a verified Execution Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

  • Access curated deal flow and transaction-linked earning opportunities

This role is designed for professionals who have closed deals, not just analyzed them—and who can teach execution through real participation.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Execution Mentors may:

  • Guide deal sponsors through structuring, diligence workflows, and execution sequencing

  • Support fund managers with execution strategy, IC preparation, and LP-facing materials

  • Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence rigor, and transaction readiness

  • Provide execution oversight during live deals (without replacing deal leads)

  • Advise on negotiation dynamics, closing risk, and transaction bottlenecks

  • Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Mentors focus on execution leadership, judgment, and mentorship—not day-to-day analyst production unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Execution & Mentorship Areas

  • Deal structuring and transaction execution strategy

  • Investment committee preparation and execution support

  • Diligence process design and oversight

  • Fund formation and capital raise execution guidance

  • Portfolio company execution or value-creation initiatives

  • Analyst and deal scout mentorship and technical development

Approval is granted based on demonstrated execution experience and transaction history.

Compensation & Deal Economics

  • Independent contractor engagement

  • Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience and execution scope

  • Transaction-based incentives available for deals that close

  • Payments issued upon milestone completion or deal close

  • No cap on earnings for consistent, high-impact execution support

How Deal Execution Mentors Get Activated

  1. Submit a Mentor application with background, execution history, and deal experience

  2. Complete verification and execution-category approval

  3. Receive platform promotion and deal-matching access

  4. Begin working with sponsors, funds, and analysts on approved transactions

This process ensures credibility, execution quality, and real opportunity access.

Compliance Notice

Deal Execution Mentors do not:

  • Provide investment advice to the public

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments outside approved channels

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on execution support, mentorship, and strategic deal guidance.

Who This Role Is For

  • Ex–investment bankers, PE, VC, or private credit professionals with closed deals

  • Fund managers or senior operators with hands-on transaction experience

  • Senior advisors who can mentor analysts through live execution

  • Professionals seeking execution exposure without full-time constraints

Why Join Initio Sphere

  • Direct access to live deals, sponsors, and capital allocators

  • Monetize execution expertise without traditional employment limitations

  • Build a visible, verified execution track record

  • Mentor top-tier analysts and deal scouts in real transactions

  • One platform for deal execution, reputation, and long-term capital alignment
