Our platform is built for professionals seeking real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid sourcing.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Flow Analysts to support the intake, qualification, and positioning of investment opportunities within our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Deal Flow Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Deal Flow Analysts:
Identify, screen, and qualify investment opportunities
Support deal intake and early-stage evaluation
Prepare high-level deal summaries and context for capital partners
Coordinate introductions and diligence handoff
Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close
Build a verified transaction track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with analytical judgment and exposure to deal environments, including former analysts, operators, consultants, intermediaries, and capital-adjacent professionals.
Approved Deal Flow Analysts may:
Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
Evaluate deal fit against investor and sponsor criteria
Prepare high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Submit qualified opportunities through the Initio Sphere platform
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams
Deal Flow Analysts do not perform financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.
Based on approval and experience, Deal Flow Analysts may work across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments
Deal categories are approved based on analytical background and demonstrated deal familiarity.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst contribution
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal qualification
To become a Deal Flow Analyst:
Submit an application and background details
Complete verification and deal category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin reviewing, qualifying, and submitting opportunities
There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
All deal activity flows through curated, platform-driven channels.
Deal Flow Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the general public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal evaluation, qualification, and introduction and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Analysts or associates seeking real transaction exposure
Operators and consultants close to deal evaluation
Intermediaries or advisors with analytical deal judgment
Capital-adjacent professionals looking to build a verifiable deal record
Gain exposure to real private market transactions
Earn per closed deal without employment constraints
Work directly with credible capital allocators and sponsors
Build signal, trust, and a documented deal history
Operate inside a single ecosystem for deal flow, credibility, and upside
