A leading middle-market investment bank may seek a Deal Flow Coordinator – Banking to ensure smooth execution of transactions, maintain deal documentation, and support analysts and associates across live deals. This role emphasizes operational efficiency, pipeline management, and collaboration with senior bankers, making it ideal for candidates looking to gain exposure to deal execution processes and banking workflows.
Track and manage deal flow across multiple live transactions, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Organize and maintain data rooms, deal documentation, and reporting for M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
Support analysts and associates with financial modeling inputs, valuation data, and benchmarking analyses
Prepare and update pitch materials, investment memoranda, and internal presentations
Coordinate communications across deal teams, clients, and external advisors
Monitor transaction progress, escalate risks, and assist with workflow improvements
Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of deal metrics, pipeline status, and transaction updates
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Strong organizational, project management, and process coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and workflow management or deal tracking tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting is beneficial
