Were looking for a Deal Manager to join our team!
As part of Microsofts Commercial Deal Making team within Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), youll work at the intersection of strategy, sales, finance, legal, and customer success to help shape agreements that enable organizations around the world to realize the full value of Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and emerging AI technologies.
In this role, youll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, develop innovative commercial solutions, and help create outcomes that support both customer success and Microsofts long-term growth. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience partnering across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, or Business Planning to achieve business objectives OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Commercial Deal Making IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
