Job Summary:
The
Analyst, Deal Operations will support Enterprise Digital Media
quote-to-contract and Deal Desk operations. The role partners with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy, and other cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize Go-To-Market (GTM) offers, improve processes, resolve system issues, and drive operational efficiency. The analyst will also support documentation, training, project execution, and user support across
Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Operations, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy teams to support and operationalize Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
- Coordinate and support product/process training related to Enterprise GTM offerings.
- Build and maintain approval workflows, process documentation, and user guides.
- Communicate GTM, process, and system changes to global operational and approval teams.
- Participate in Deal Desk projects and drive continuous improvement across quote-to-contract processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for users facing issues with quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system/process issues, provide resolutions, or escalate to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, resolutions, and self-service documentation.
- Assist with system administration, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
- Identify process problems, recommend solutions, and help drive projects through completion.
- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Must-Have Skills:- 3+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Deal Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Contract / Q2C operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and process quality.
- Experience identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving process improvements/projects.
- Experience with Wiki, Workfront, JIRA, or equivalent documentation/bug-management tools.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Industry Experience:- SaaS / Software / Technology — strongly preferred.
- Experience in Enterprise Software / Digital Media / Cloud / Technology sales operations is highly relevant.
- Deal Desk / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Quote-to-Cash / Quote-to-Contract experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise GTM offers, pricing, approvals, or sales processes would be a strong advantage.
