About the job

The Deal Pricing and Monetization (DPM) team is instrumental in shaping and executing GCP"s strategy to win large, complex agreements for Google Cloud, at the right price and at scale. DPM is responsible for structuring large and complex agreements and GTM constructs that meet customer needs, driving GCP's revenue and profitability, and ensuring risk mitigation and operational feasibility.

In this role, you will lead executive-level initiatives to evolve our commercial models. By bridging strategy and real-world complexity, you will creatively structure high-impact, non-standard agreements that drive business transformation. Your experience will help you resolve friction points, optimize product differentiation, and ensure sound economics. You will lead cross-functional efforts, spanning Sales, Product, and Finance, to move partnerships from strategy to execution.

You will build scalable frameworks and modernize processes to accelerate deal velocity. You will partner with Finance and Sales leadership to enhance GTM pillars and business policy. You will manage the lifecycle of complex programs, navigating ambiguity and technical migrations to deliver global commercial solutions, maintaining risk controls.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Apply cloud expertise and GCP knowledge to develop strategies and deal constructs that address unique customer requirements and win deals at scale.
  • Apply first principles problem-solving to structure issues and collaborate cross-functionally to shape monetization programs, GTM strategies, and business policies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to shape complex monetization programs and DPM value dimensions, acting as the primary stakeholder for business strategy, system modernization, and process automation.
  • Define business policies and operation models while building unified frameworks to track workstreams and streamline reporting to executive leadership.
  • Develop a strategic skill set to diagnose process inefficiencies, lead system integrations, and leverage AI technologies, driving operational impact and business priorities while exemplifying Googleyness in every endeavor.
