We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to conduct dealership warranty audits. Your primary objective will be to minimize company risk by ensuring consistent application of warranty policies and procedures. You will prepare and communicate audit-related information, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders. Your role will also involve providing training and support to improve compliance and employing data analytics to enhance dealer compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail.
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail and technical processes.
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time, with a company car provided.
